Dealing with Accusations

Text: 1kings 18:1-end.

Everyone of us is born to be great and do exploit but one thing happens in the life of men that when you start your life journey it becomes a different ball game entirely. It happens when a white boy and a black boy are born together in a place. Both of them grow without having any rigor or differences between them and you discover that the black boy can study to become a medical doctor and the white boy can study to become a medical doctor. People born in Africa are just like people born in America.

They are not born differently, they are the same from the day they are born but it happens that one is more in an organised society while the other one is born without lay down plans for them. I was born in Africa and I was born in a place where there's no medical facility. We don't have anything that our parents has put in place to help us. it was stictly on mat we slept on. People born in America are born on foam. They have special bed but it is never like the time we were born. Another difference you will see here is that children in America are being brought up with milk and they have special meals to eat but we don't have something to eat we feed on our mother's breast.

We are born to do exploit because God loves us. If he doesn't love you we won't survive it. we survive because Jesus loves us and Jesus knows that I'm coming to America to preach the gospel and that's the reason Jesus allowed me to survive all the odds of life

Today, I want to speak to you on a subject I called accusation. It's gotten from the word accuse. Many of us, especially in America know what is called accusation. There is an accuser and there's an accusee. What is the meaning of accusation? Accusation means a claim that someone has done something illegally or have done something that is wrong. when you look at the definition, It has two main concepts "wrong" and illegally" When it is illegal, it means that it has legal implications and when it is wrong it means there is no legal implication. 

Many of us when we wake up in the morning, we say things to our neighbour, we talk to our children, we talk to our wife and we lay claim and charges without finding out exactly what happened. An example is in a family, the woman told the husband, you have a woman outside, you have a girl friend you pay for rent. Did you see the woman? The answer is "No". This woman is laying charges. When you lay charges, you're acccussing the other person and it is wrong in the site of the almighty God. 

There's a man in the Bible that layed accusation. It happened in the land of Israel, A king called king Ahab and his wife called Jezebel. Jezebel means a woman that wants to rule her husband, a woman that loves adulatory, a woman that sits in the seat of scoofers, a woman that is a replica of Satan the devil because she is a disparity and she loves Baal. Baal is a good example of Jezebel. It's an idol that the people serve and believe to be their god. So, it happened in the land of Israel that this people walked away from God.They don't love God. Why do you think people don't love God? it is because of their affiliation with demonic spirit, the power of wickedness and satanic influence. These people walked away from their creator . They refused to serve the Almighty God and this was the time of prophet Elijah. Prophet Elijah is a prophet of fire. it happened in those days that this prophet of fire became angry that the people have walked away from the way of God.

Many people don't know what accusation is, but people pass through it everyday and people are suffering, people are charged to court. They are even jailed for wrong accusation. This is why this message is passed, so you know what is happening to you, whether you're are passing through accusation or not.

According to 1 kings, and it came to pass when Ahab saw Elijah that Ahab said unto him art thou king that troubleth Israel? and he answered I am not troubleth Israel but thou and thy father's house in that you have forsaken the commandment of the Lord and thou has followed baaalim now therefore, gather all Israel into Mount Carmel and the prophetof Baal four hundred and fifty and the prophets of the brooks four hundred.

For you to be successful in your journey of exploitation, you must do what Elijah did. Elijah was a man of exploit. He saw that king Ahab and Jezebel walked away from the commandment of the Lord and they are serving other gods. There are many of us in our families that do not even know the God of heaven and earth, the God that created the universe. They don't know Him neither do they regard Him. They decided to walk after other gods. they walk after witchcraft, they walk aftermarine spirit, they walk after animals. Many of them serve animals, many of them serve goat, many serve ram, many serve tree, many serve snake, many serve crocodile, many serve whatever they want to serve. Some serve monkey, some serve giraffe. They bow before this animals and call them their father and god. In the passage where we read, Jazebeel has her own god called Baal. Baal is a god of Jezebel and Ahab. Baal is an idol alot of people worship and serve as their own god. They believe that baal can do everything for them. The people in Samaria were experiencing what is called drought. It is not just the drought that many of us are seeing. This is a terrible and chronic drought. Ahab and Obediah were seeking for green pasture for their animals. It came to pass that when they were searching for green pastures for their animals that the king Ahab moved one way and his servant went the other way and he found Elijah. Prophet Elijah was a man of God that called on the power of the Almighty God and said that this people have walked away from you. Now, let there be new rain because there was no rain for three and half years and the Bible recorded that at that time King Ahab was searching for Elijah everywhere but he didn't find Elijah wherever he was hiding and this time around Obediah was the one that came across prophet Elijah and he recognised prophet Elijah to be a man of God and a man of authority. He bowed down before him and worshipped him and Elijah said, go and tell your master I'm here waiting for him. We have a context, we have a challenge. we have an issue that we have to sort out. When obediah contented with him and Elijah, he made an oath in the name of the lord, Obediah believed in him and he went back to his master king Ahab and told him about Elijah. 

I king's 18: 17, and it came to pass when Ahab saw Elijah that Ahab said unto him art thou he that troubleth Israel? Now, there's drought everywhere, there's no food and you're the one that prays to God to punish us .I can't even recognise you? and Elijah the prophet answered him. Elijah said I'm not troubleth Israel but thou and thy father's house that has troubled Israel that ye has forgotten the commandments of God and ye have fallen back. King Ahab accused Elijah. Elijah replied him back by telling him that he is not the one that troubleth Israel rather, people that walked away from the commandments of God. Are you from a family that there are no green pastures? Are you from a country where things are not working well like the time of Samaria and Israel? where are you? and you see drought. Things are not happening around you. Maybe you have walked away from the commandments of the Almighty God but God is telling you today, that today is the salvation of the almighty God. Today is the day of your salvation. Today is the day, you have to repent of your sins and stop accusing innocent people. when they would sin against them, they begin to accuse innocent people. Many people accuse their father of their ill behaviours , their bad attitudes, their bad manners, their inability to obey the commandment of the almighty God. Many people accuse their wife, many accuse their children, many people accuse whoever that is nearer to them but I have come to give the encounter of the almighty God today, You must obey the commandments of the Lord, so that it will be well with you. As it happened in the days of Elijah that God that answereth by fire. That God becomes the God of the people, all the angels of baal, were slayed and destroyed. The God that answereth by fire , let Him be our God.

It is time to pray against any evil alter maybe your fore fathers have layed an alter using wrong god, unknown god to be their god. Serving elephant, giraffe,goat and tiger. I could remember the story they told me about my great grand father, that he can turn to a tiger or a lion . These were the things I heard. I didn't see it. Not only that, many people have shrine and that shrine is for the whole community, they say it protects the community and families, they serve other gods they have like baal, different things they can serve and they are still worshipping them up till today. once they are about to die they hand it over to another person that has the witchcraft. The head of the witchcraft in the family hands it over to another person and they begin to receive the children. Like a woman that went to bath my grand son and she went there with an initiation to their kingdom. That is why she went there to bath him. I called the name of Jesus Christ because He is the God that answereth by fire. This is the God we must serve, the creator of heaven and earth. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

when Elijah called on the God that answereth by fire all the baals where held captive, they could not even walk again and they surrendered unto Elijah and he took them to where they were slayed. Every project of baal, every representation of baal, every agent of baal, any alter that represents baal in my life, in my community, where I came from, wherever it came from, let it be burn to ashes by fire. We use the weapons of God, the thunder, the lightening, the brime stone and all the war instruments that God uses to destroy, we invoke them now and the angels of God to uproot and scatter every evil alter that is speaking against our life, against your destiny let them be bombarded by the war machines of God in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
