Finding Your Creator

Jesus Christ died for us. The Father sent Jesus to die for the world so that he may set us free from the hands of the devil because we are not able to help ourselves. God tried it first with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob up to David, Solomon. Then God finalized to make a new covenant through Jesus Christ. So Jesus came to fulfil the new covenant. Jeremiah 33:31-34. 



There are life challenges you need to overcome as you grow. A successful person is someone who puts to practice what he/she has learnt and use it to solve problems. In every situation obedience is better than sacrifice. Today we have a great need for prayer. The state of our mind is another area of our lives that we need to consider because our mind determine our success. When your mind is leading you in a wrong direction, you definitely going to crash. In the body of Christ we have people that we need. Our area of need is:

1. We need a saviour: we need Jesus to set us free from our sin and connect us back to the Father . You want peace, happiness and positive changes in your life and family. 

2. You also want to book a ticket to heaven: if you don't book you ticket, on arrival at the airport, the aeroplane will not carry you. You book your ticket through Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the one to give you your ticket to paradise. This is the reason he came. He wants you to confess himas your saviour, then you get baptized, declaring to all elements of creation that you belong to Jesus Christ. All your sin is washed away. You are a new born in Christ Jesus. At baptism the Holy Spirit places his seal on you. Every yoke from the devil is removed from your neck. Now Jesus Christ is your saviour, your Lord. Then Jesus Christ gives you His righteousness, then the Holy Spirit, your helper comes into you to dwell. When you remain Christy, the Holy Spirit will be watching over you, helping you, communicating to you. When you go to sleep at night, the Holy Spirit will begin to give you dreams. Your awareness, obedience, continued fellowship will make the Holy Spirit to be more real to you. This is why you need Jesus Christ. Now your name is no longer Satan, your name is Jesus. When you die, the Holy Spirit is awakened in you and beareth witness that you existed.

This is the main reason why you must receive Jesus. This is where John 3:16 becomes relevant. " For God so loves the world that he gave His only begotten son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life". When you receive Jesus, the Holy Spirit writes your name in the book of life. Whatever the Father does comes through the Holy Ghost. The Holy Spirit is a person, the third person of the trinity, He is the one that bears record. He is the one that carries out instructions. 

Don't be overwhelmed by thoughts of what it will cost you serving God. There is a price to pay in everything in life. Coming to church, giving offering, all come with a price. Giving offering is part of our salvation. When you give to the church, it enables her to run the affairs of the church. The owner of the church is Christ. The church has to pay bills, reach out to the needy. Many people don't know what Pastors go through. The Pastor needs something in addition to put together and help the needy. 

Prayer is an evidence of obedience and trust in God. An evidence that you honour God. A sinner cannot pray because he doesn't believe in things of God. When you have Jesus you will remember to pray for your job, business, family. Prayer is an evidence that you love God. God's heart is joyful that his son/daughter honours Him. Prayer is humility. The purpose of prayer is submission.

1. Prayer of petition-

2. Pyer of intercession

3. Prayer of commitment

4. Prayer of consecration

Jesus is Calling You

Pastor Daniel's sermon on 22/4/2024. My tommorow must be greater than today. we are moving forward, we are pressing forward towards the mark. The high calling of Jesus. I remember the scripture in John 16: 33. This thing have I spoken unto you that in me, ye may have peace, in the world ye may have tribulations but be of good cheers I have overcome the world. The master of masters, Jesus Christ said again in the book of John 15: 5 that you can't do anything without me. Jesus said I'm the vine, ye are the branches, he that abideth in me and I in him, the same brings forth much Fruit for without me, you can do nothing I want you to look at the this scripture and John 16: 33 again and compare these two scriptures. God uses foolish things to confound the wise

  Prophetess Patience Omarejedje's Sermon. People have been praying and fasting and have not seen any result but do not complain you know we eat to get strength, 1 Corinthians 1:27. The wise in that passage are people who say, the instructions of God are nothing. Remember that the Lord uses the foolish things to confound the wise.
