Moving Forward

How do you move forward when you have challenges facing you. The Israelites were faced with the worst obstacle of their lives. One of the most challenging things that can happen to anyone is when you are facing an opposition bigger than you. What is that challenge the devil has put on your way. When the Israelites were leaving Egypt. First they were escaping the tragedy of slavery not knowing where they were going or the way they will pass to get to where they were going. 



They only believed that Moses has come to deliver them from the land of bondage. They were joyful when they were moving out of the land of Egypt. Many are in bondage, slavery. There are some location that the people do not believe in the Almighty God asking all kind of unbelieving questions. They will tell you they have more money than you. Our sonship to God is not quantified by the physical. It is quantified by the spiritual. Jesus came to die and save us from our sin. Sin was physical that manifested in the spiritual.God said to man, the day you eat the forbidden fruit you will die. Man died that very day because we were separated from God immediately that fruit of knowledge and evil was eaten by Adam and Eve. It came a time when God came to look for Adam and Eve and could not find them because they ate the fruit and died from the presence of the Almighty God. 

Gen 2:20-25, Gen 3:1-24. The sin of Adam is the reason why Pastor die, this is the reason why Bishop die, this is the reason why children of God die. So when they ask you why God allowed that righteous Pastor, Imam, Prophet to die, this is the reason. When Adam sinned, God made a proclamation, thou art dust and to dust shall thou return. Even if you sleep in church everyday, you will one day die because you are the seed of Adam. God knew where Adam was hiding but He had to ask, Adam Adam where are thou, because Adam had departed from the presence of God. It is the spirit of God in man that makes man to live. Once that spirit is taken away, man dies and returns to the dust. Before Adam sinned it was the spirit of God that was feeding Adam and Eve. They don’t struggle to get food. God was their manna. They were fully dependent on Him. And lived righteously before God. After sin, that glory departed from man then man had to struggle to make food for himself. Now the blood of Jesus shed on the cross is available to reconcile us back to God. Jesus Christ is very important in the life of every mankind because He reconciled us back to the Father. So that you and I will not die the second death: which is eternal separation from God. He gave up His righteousness for our sin. So when we give our lives to him, we become a new creature. All former things passes away.

This is where we are. This is the reason why we preach the gospel. When you know this you will be free from every captivity of Satan the devil. You have been held captive because of sin. As a sinner you are under the shackle and control of Satan the devil. You become your own god, in enemity with God. You no longer carry the aura of God. You have departed from the glory. It is that glory that sustains you. So after the sin of Adam, man began to sweat to feed.

Jesus Christ has come so that we do not perish. Even if you die and laid into the dust. The Holy Spirit has already numbered you. He has put His seal on you and He would remember you for resurrection. This is the reason why you need Jesus. The life without Jesus is full of suffering, struggles, an empty life. That’s why Jesus said, what shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and loose his soul. What it profit you not to have Jesus in your life. What will you gain? Even if you have all the houses in the whole world. All is vanity.

I am here to urge everyone of you that as you are moving forward, remember that you need Jesus in your life. When you have Jesus in your life, you are marching forward and unstoppable. Your life is transformed, renewed in the life of Jesus. Jesus becomes your God and supplier. Your source just in line with the original plan of God. I have come to encourage you to leave your own ways. Stop being your own god. Make Jesus Christ your Lord and savior. And he will send raven to feed you just as God sent raven to bring baked bread and fruit for Elijah to feed on for three and half years. God can send angels your way to supply your needs. Are you in need, pain or sick? Make Jesus your Lord and He would supply your needs according to His riches in glory.

Reasons behind unanswered prayers?

When people reject knowledge they perish in ignorance, lack, hell fire and the devil takes advantage of them. We are continuing on the series for this month, which is your month of exploit. Exploit means digging deep, searching for what you don’t know. To search for blessing, breakthrough, healing and promotion.  Many are ignorant. They don’t want to buy the idea of knowledge.
